Huff, 98 of Indian Valley, VA., went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus
Christ, Thursday, October 5, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Guida
O. Huff; one great- granddaughter, one step-granddaughter, one step great-granddaughter, parents, brothers and sisters.
He was a World War II Army veteran serving in the South Pacific. He was a loving family man who loved everyone.
He is survived by his sons, Russell (Gloria), Charles (Angela), Johnny, Rodney (Kay); daughters, Yvonne Harris (Randy), Rachel Huff, Martha Martin (Paul), Aileen Quesenberry (Garrett), Janet Cox (Woody); 18 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild; 41 great-grandchildren;4 step-great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; 1 step great-great grandchild; brother, Zeb Huff (Velma); sister, Ledlie Quesenberry (Foster); many nieces and nephews; caregiver, Mary Ellen Nissley.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Indian Valley Church of God with Pastor Kenneth Poston and Rev. Jamie Cooper. Interment will follow in the Capt. George Quesenberry Cemetery with Military Rites by Grover King VFW Post #1115. Family will receive friends from Noon to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
