Ashley Hannah Lawson Harmon

Ashley Hannah Lawson Harmon, 33 of Indian Valley, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Dianne Lawson, Ma-Ma, Ivalene Cox and Grandpa, Calvin Lawson.

Ashley is described by her family as the sweetest person you would ever meet. There wasn’t a person Ashley met that she didn’t love unconditionally. She was kind, compassionate, strong, humble, loving, gentle, and funny.  To know her was to love her. She had a radiant smile that never left her face, even during some of her darkest moments while battling cancer. Most importantly, her faith in Jesus never wavered. Ashley’s life was a testimony, an example on how we should show the love and grace that God has showed to us. Her family and friends find comfort in knowing that Ashley is dancing with angels and her body is finally whole.

Left to cherish her memory are her  husband, Daryl L. Harmon; father, Wayne Lawson & Carol; sisters, Amy Belshan & Jeff, Amanda Cox & Johnny, Alison Huff & Stevie; brother, Bradley Lawson; aunts & uncles,  “mother” & “father”  Mary & Joe Boothe, Irene & Lee McPeak; twelve nieces and nephews,  Hannah & Bryce Altizer, Matt, Abi, Sarah & Zoe Belshan, Rebecca, Emily, Laura, Liam Cox, Justin & Ashton Huff.

Funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Indian Valley Church of God with Pastor Kenneth Poston and Pastor Wayne Poston officiating with interment in Big Sand Cemetery.  Family will receive friends Noon to 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
