Myrtle Estelle Stuart Moore
Myrtle Estelle Stuart Moore, 91, of Floyd,
slipped away peacefully into the arms of Jesus, early Sunday morning November
30, 2014. Myrtle was a kind and caring woman, even though she never had
children of her own, she was a mother to all her nieces and nephews and will be
greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Sammuel and
Fannie Mae Banks Stuart; brothers, Robert Stuart, Jr., Clifford Stuart, Silas
Stuart; sisters, Annie Stuart McFadden, Gertrude S. Stuart, Eddie Mae Price.
She is survived by her bother, Joe Lewis Stuart; sisters, Nan Babb, and Alverta
Lewis; niece and caregiver, Bonnie Beckett; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Maberry
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clinton Crump officiating. The interment will
follow in the Stuart Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to
1 p.m. prior to the service.
