Sue Poff Quesinberry passed away at her home on January 1, 2023. She was a wonderful mother, who always went above and beyond for her sons.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Burnett & Stella Poff; and husband, Eric Quesinberry.
Sue is survived by two sons who love her so very much, Mike Quesinberry and Chris Quesinberry; one sister, Kaye Rassmussen; and one granddaughter, Mallie Quesinberry.
Her wish was to be cremated and that wish is being honored by her sons. A private service will be held by her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sue’s honor to
Zion Lutheran Church, 635 Needmore Ln NE, Floyd, VA 24091.
The Bridge
Then I came upon a
bridge and as I stepped across,
The waves of life’s
stormy seas quickly ceased to toss,
And on the other side
I found a bright and happy place,
Where God’s own love filtered down and shone upon my face.
A place of rainbows
and a cross,
A place where promise
