Roger Lee Holdren, 71 of Christiansburg, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Archie & Louise Maxey Holdren; and brothers, Larry and Wayne Holdren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Faye Cox Holdren of Christiansburg, VA; step-daughter, Amanda Leigh Atkinson; sister, Terry Call of Lancaster, SC; brothers, Mike Holdren of Salem and Lewis & Angie Holdren of Roanoke; sister-in-law, Gaye Holdren; mother-in-law, Iris Colleen Cox; numerous extended family, devoted friends, and church members from all over; and special friends, Louise Richardson and the Darrin Heavner family.
Funeral
services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 in the
Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Raymond Goad and Elder Junior Conner
officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. The family
will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the
funeral home.
