Mary Spence Turman, 78 of Riner, passed away on
Wednesday, July 8, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jacob Fred
& Wetah Snow Spence; siblings, Charles Benny Spence and Lula Mae Boyd; and
nephew, Ricky Spence.
She is survived by her husband, Walter J. Turman;
sons, Kenneth Turman and Donnie Turman; grandchildren, Josh Graham, Jacob
Turman, Kendra Turman, and Justin Turman; great-grandchildren, Preston, Maddie,
Hunter, and Caleb; sister & brother-in-law, Martha & Charles “Billy”
Altizer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on
Sunday, July 12, 2020 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ted Farmer
officiating. Interment will follow in the Willis Cemetery. The family will
receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
