Larry
Howell, 74 of Floyd, passed away February 26, 2018. He was born February 22, 1944 and was a
longtime farmer in Floyd County. He is preceded
in death by his parents, Calvin and Alice Howell; sisters, Ruth Landers, Callie
Landreth and Lilli Witt; brother, Joe Howell.
He
is survived by his wife Mary Howell; brothers, John Howell and wife Danah,
Kurtz Howell; sister, Lou Alice Baker; many nieces and Nephews; many good friends.
Funeral
service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 2, 2018 at Maberry Funeral
Home. Interment will follow in the Wilson Cemetery in Check, VA. Flag
presentation by Floyd VFW Post #7854 and American Legion Post #127. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Maberry Funeral Home.
