Eva Alderman Via, born September 14, 1932 in Floyd County on
Black Ridge to Walter and Emma Alderman, went to be with her savior Jesus Christ on
November 2, 2015.She is preceded in
death by her mother, father and husband
, Lane Via, sisters Marie Alderman Nolen
and Vera Alderman Moles.
Left to cherish her memory are her granddaughter Kristen Dickerson and fiancé
Andy Lumsden, both of Floyd; great-
grandson, Dayton Dickerson ;brother, Winston
(Wink) Alderman; brother- in- law, Junior Moles; several nieces, nephews and cousins; good friends
and neighbors, Frances Ratcliff, Corrine
Sowers and Hansel Roberson.
Funeral will be at 1:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Maberry Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Lackey
officiating with interment in the Jacksonville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral
service.
