Sidney Hassell Semones, 89 of Willis,
transitioned to Heaven Sunday, January 8, 2017. He was preceded in death by his
wife Lula Semones; brothers, Fred Semones and Grover Semones; sister, Ethel O’Brien
Adams.
He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Kelvin Keith, Brenda
and DeWayne Troutt; grandchildren, Stern Keith, Lisa McDaniel, Dena Wood, Denise Webb, Amanda Beverly; five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00
p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Maberry Funeral Home with Pastor DeWayne
Troutt and Pastor Roy Turpin officiating with interment in Pleasant Hill
Cemetery. Family will receive friends
from Noon to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Sidney had 2 very special friends, Alex
Bond and Rodney Collins, whom he loved dearly. The family would like to extend
many thanks to Radford Rehab and Nursing Facility that made Dads last days very
happy. He loved you all so much.
