Lareda” Gay” Quesenberry, 62, of Indian Valley, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, August 18, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Clova Bolt Dalton; brother, Venston Dalton; brothers-in-law, Warren Cox and Elzie Boyd.She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. She also loved being a “Grandma” and cooking for her family and friends. She had a great love for gospel, blue grass and “old” country music. Her church family also held a very special place in her heart.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Theron “Russell” Quesenberry; son, Jimmy Lee Quesenberry; daughter Leona Kay Quesenberry Newman; grandchildren, Maggie Rose Shockley, Bradley Rupert Newman; brothers and sister-in-law, William Dalton, Norman Dalton, Franklin Dalton (Shirley), Earl Dalton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mavis Cox(Rean), Mable Boyd, Wanda Jean Linkous(Ben); sisters-in-law, Jackie Martin(Grover), Rhonda Dalton, Phyllis Quesenberry; brothers-in-law, Billy Quesenberry (Elaine), Chester Quesenberry Jr. (Linda); 11 Nieces, 11 Nephews, 2 Aunts, 1 Uncle.

Funeral will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Little Flock Fellowship Church with Pastor Danny Phillip and Pastor Vernon Dalton officiating with interment in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Maberry Funeral Home.
