He is survived by brothers, Matthew Stuart, Hawthorne Stuart and William Stuart; sisters, Helen Moore, Barbara Stuart, Martha Saunders, Cornelia Couch, Wanda Stuart and Virginia King; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at The Floyd County High School Auditorium with Fred Thomas officiating. The interment will follow in the Stuart Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. till noon prior to the service.
