Carole
Faye Long, 76 of Martinsville, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020. She is
preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Jack Purvis; parents, William
Herman Thomas & Beulah May Malone; daughters, Sonja Lavelle Purvis and
Jackie Sue Purvis; and grandson, David Clifton Lindsey.
She
is survived by her children, Angela Hollandsworth (Ricky), Raphine Pierce
(Walt), Mark Purvis (Sarah), and Luke Purvis; a host of grandchildren and
great-grandchildren; brother, David Thomas; and sister, Molly Bishop.
A
celebration of life will be held at a later date.
