Kendall Brown Simpkins, formally of
Floyd, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at his residence at Smith
Mountain Lake. He was born June 22, 1962
in Radford Virginia.
He was a father to Justin Simpkins; son to Paul and Marie Simpkins; brother to Kevin Simpkins (Barb), Karen and Phillip Lytton, Kim and Ernie Woods and Kelli Hill. He was loved by his nieces and nephews and special friends, Mary Kelly and Kenneth Boyd.

Kendall was known for his kindness and
big heart in helping others. He took on
many jobs and was known for his kindness and abilities. Kendall will be missed by his family and his many,
many friends.
A memorial Service will be held at 2:00
p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren,
located on Ridgeview Road in Floyd Virginia with Pastor Marvin Wade
officiating. Family will receive friends
from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
