Jo Ellen Kegley Phipps passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Gene
Phipps and son Ronnie Phipps. She is
survived by son Bob (Shirley) Phipps, two grandchildren, and three great
grandchildren. A graveside service will
be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at Woodlawn United Methodist Church Cemetery,
Woodlawn, Virginia, with Reverend Richard Gregory officiating.
